      Madam Chair

      For our 1/26 government agenda meeting please remove the following item that I sponsored from the agenda, as it was identified in the Preliminary Agenda for Review:

      Item 42, O-26-1-101.
      When I, or I in conjunction with the Law Director’s office am/are able to produce proposed language for this item, I will reintroduce.

      Also, please move the following to the non-consent:
      Item 14, R-26-1-502

        Withdraw – 42

        Defer to February – 26, 28, 41

        Defer to June – 40

        Non-consent – 14, 19, 24, 29-34, 38, 39, 43

        Please respond if you want any additional items pulled from consent.
