      Commissioners:
Thanks for your patience as we all work through our new schedule. My assumption is that items discussed at tonight’s agenda review will not be pulled from consent unless you specifically make the request.
      Pulled from consent:
      Items 1 – 9
      23, 24, 25, 26
      34
      44
      46
      Item 50 deferred to July

Also, as an FYI, Steven Elliott was correct this evening about approval for MOU’s related to zoning appearing on our agenda. Two he specifically mentioned related to Coward Mill and Belltown Rd improvements. They were among consent items in the past that were not pulled. My thought is that these caused no concerns because zoning had been completed and requirement for road improvements were already conditions of approval. I think we all learned something new tonight!!

        Madam Chair,

Please return agenda item #33 back to consent. I am satisfied with the discussion held at the review mtg.

Please keep agenda item #22 on non-consent as we will hear from KCS at the regular voting meeting.
