I would like Item #36 removed from the agenda so the Health Dept. and AMR have the opportunity to communicate to the community the proposed changes to the contract. Because the agenda numbers have changed since your posting, the new Item #50 regarding the Opioid Settlement, I would like to brief the Commission on this resolution.
