46 – Rezoning Requests and Appeals
50 – Sheriff’s Civil Service Ordinance
51 – Litter Ordinance

If you would like any additional items pulled from the consent agenda, please indicate by replying to this post. There will be one more addition to the agenda requested by Commissioner Schoonmaker, an item concerning the Tennessee Opioid Settlement. This will be provided as soon as Jill and Dru have it ready.

I would like Item #36 removed from the agenda so the Health Dept. and AMR have the opportunity to communicate to the community the proposed changes to the contract. Because the agenda numbers have changed since your posting, the new Item #50 regarding the Opioid Settlement, I would like to brief the Commission on this resolution.
