      Commissioners,
      I am asking each of you to please respond yes/no to the following:

      The Reorganization Meeting of the 2024-25 Commission will be held on September 3rd at 1:00 in the large assembly room of the City/County Bldg.

      This is needed to meet public notice guidelines which would be missed if I waited to our regular meeting to announce.
