    Dear Commissioners,
    Commissioner Schoonmaker asked me to post the agreement between the developer and myself and the neighbors on this zoning.

    4 DUA;
    Will not reduce the 35’ peripheral setback adjacent to Briarglenn or Suburban Hills;
    No stub outs to Briarglenn or Suburban Hills;
    6’ Green Giants
    As close to 3’ off the property line as allowed by site conditions
    Neighbors can pay the difference between 6’ and 8’
    12’ off center
    Entrance to be from Ebenezer
    Traffic study required
