            Commissioner Fox,
            I am sorry you did miss the deadline to add this to the agenda. Per commission Rule 1, section N. You may bring documents to hand out to commissioners, and we can vote to put it on the agenda on Monday. It does require a 2/3 vote of the commission body. You of course have the option to put this on the agenda in Oct.
